December 8, 2017 - FIERCE.  GENERATIONS
Professional Development Program

Based on the feedback received from the Professional Development survey this summer, we are pleased to bring you our 3rd module from the Fierce Conversation program.

Leveraging the advantages of a multigenerational workforce begins when leaders focus on similarities, respect differences, and draw on strengths.

Long-term organizational success requires two things: transfer of existing knowledge from one generation to the next and embracing new knowledge entering the organization. The key is to create a culture where employees are equally comfortable teaching and learning from each other.

With business changing at an increasingly rapid pace, the generations have a unique opportunity to create new ways of doing business together by actively seeking out diverse viewpoints and incorporating drive, knowledge, and ideas from every age group.

This interactive workshop provides practical insights for building inclusive cultures and realizing the benefits of diversity.

  • Create high-potential employees from any generational group.
  • Recognize the dangers of pigeonholing people due to generational stereotypes.
  • Explore what motivates the individual generations.
  • Leverage diverse perspectives when moving past a roadblock, vetting an opportunity, or seeking new solutions.
